Sime Darby booked their berth in the Malaysia Cup by trashing Pahang 6-0 on aggregate after beating them 2-0 in the second play off at the Darul Makmur Stadium on Friday night.
The four-goal advantage in the first leg at the Selayang Stadium on Tuesday spurred Sime Darby for the away win.
After a scoreless first half, Sime Darby scored in 46th minute through Mohd Faizal Esahar who fired in from inside the penalty box.
Despite playing with 10 men after A. Varathan was given the marching order for roughing up on Pahang's Mohd Munir Amran, Sime Darby sealed the issue beyond doubt in the 80th minute through Mohd Faizal Mansor.
