FA of Malaysia (FAM) competitions committee chairman Datuk Hamidin Mohd Amin said Sime Darby will host the first leg at the Selayang Municipal Council Stadium on July 19 and the second leg will be held at the Darulmakmur Stadium in Kuantan on July 22.
The top 12 teams in the Super League and the top four teams in the Premier League are eligible to play in the Malaysia Cup competition.
However, the withdrawal of Harimau Muda A, who finished fifth in the 14-team Super League, has left a vacant slot.
Pahang finished 13th in the Super League and Sime Darby finished fifth in the Premier League.
