Armed Forces upset by Sime Darby in Premier League

Armed Forces blew a chance to move back to the top of the Premier League when Sime Darby upset B. Sathianathan's star-studded side 2-1 in a replayed match at the Selayang Stadium.

Armed Forces took the lead in the ninth minute through Hairuddin Omar, before Sime Darby stunned Forces with the equaliser in the 24th minute through Sengbah Kennedy, whose Liberian compatriot Patrick Wleh then scored the winner in the 40th minute.

On Friday, Armed Forced were leading 2-0 against Sime Darby FC when the game was called off due to heavy rain in the 43rd minute. Marlon James had scored both the goals.
