T-Team coach unhappy with the poor form of Zambian striker

Terengganu outfit, T-Team coach Yunus Alif, has lost patience with the below par performance and lack of professionalism of his Zambian import Zacharia Simukonda.

Yunus said Simukonda would be given a chance in a number of games to pull up his socks or face drastic action for his lacklustre performance since the start of the season.

"His performance has been disappointing to say the least. He has not performed up to expectations of the T-Team or the fans," he said.

Yunus said T-Team had placed high hopes on the striker but had failed to find the target regularly and has only scored once in four Super League appearances.

Yunus said Simukonda need to buck up and give an energetic performance, especially on Saturday when T-Team face Selangor at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium here.

T-Team who welcome back skipper Rosdi Talib who was rested in the last match due to a bout of fever, have slipped from the top to fourth spot with seven points from four matches.
