Armed Forces beaten by Perak in Premier League

Perak edged Armed Forces (ATM) 1-0 before 10,000 home fans in a FA Cup tie at the Perak Stadium here Friday night.

The winning goal was scored just three minutes after the starting whistle with Perak's import player Michal Kubala putting the ball in the net from a free kick just outside the box.

In the 18th minute, coach B. Sathianathan's "soldiers" had a chance to pull level but Zakuan Adha Abdul Razak's piledriver was palmed off by Perak's goakeeper Nasril Nourdin.

Both teams had their fare share of getting goals thereafter but the score stood till the final whistle.
