Sports wear manufacturer, Nike Malaysia today launched 'The Chance' programme aimed at scouting for new talents to become promising footballers in the future.
Joan Yeoh, Country Marketing Manager of Nike Malaysia, said the programme was expected to be much more exciting this year as more young footballers were eager to try their luck to become promising players in the future.
"We expect a total of 6,000 youngsters aged 16-24 will turn up to showcase their football skill in front of the panel of judges appointed by us," she told reporters after the launching of the programme by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) Secretary-General Datuk Azzuddin Ahmad at Wisma FAM here, Tuesday.
