The Turtles have attracted more than RM1mil in sponsorship this season.
The latest to lend their support to the Terengganu FA is telecommunication-prepaid provider Happy, who signed a one-year sponsorship deal.
Terengganu FA president Datuk Che Mat Jusoh said the support shown by Happy would help in the development of football in the state.
He said happy was the seventh sponsor of the Turtles this season after Specs, which contributed RM300,000, Top IT (RM250,000), Zaid Enterprise (RM50,000), Ekspress Perdana (RM50,000) and TFC.
“Our main sponsor is the state government but having others on board will certainly boost the morale of the team. Sponsors are important as their support is an indication of confidence in the team,” he said after signing the agreement between Terengganu FA and Happy at the Sultan Ismail Stadium here recently.
Meanwhile, four key players are expected to be out of action for the Super League match against Sabah today.
Che Mat said skipper Marzuki Yusof, Mohd Muhaimin Omar, Ahmad Nordin Alias and Reeshafiq Alwi have yet to recover from injuries.
Che Mat said the absence of the quartet would give youngsters Muslim Ahmad and Mohd Shukur Jusoh a chance to prove their worth.
